A collection of poems by a Cuban-Czech computer programmer who worked for several publishers in Matanzas. The manuscript won the 2011 Premio Digdora Alsonso.
This book is one of the more elaborate Ediciones Vigía productions by Rolando Estévez. Extending from the edges of the wrappers are a butterfly, part of a picture frame, and a gear, all made from paper. The butterfly is mounted with a stick pin. Affixed to the gear is a piece of wood and a shard of tile. Attached to the cover is an accordion-fold paper notice about the literary prize backed with an illustration. The back cover has the Vigía logo made from paper, cardboard, burlap, and a small stone.
