Notes: 80 pages. Illustrated by Doug Potter, a comic book artist and editorial cartoonist for the Austin Chronicle weekly newspaper.

A children's chapter book, adapted from the story "The Shaggy House." It was never accepted for publication until this installment (no. 2) in the Lost Lansdale series. The edition was 500 signed and numbered copies plus 13 lettered copies.

This is one of the lettered copies, in a russet cloth binding (not issued in a dust jacket), signed and lettered on the limitation page. In addition, the lettered copies included one of the original illustrations laid into the inside of the folding clamshell box (traycase).

Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A fine copy in a fine traycase. This is letter D of 13 copies signed by Lansdale. The illustration is an attractive piece that was used opposite the opening of chapter 3. It is signed by Potter at the bottom edge.
