Charlie Chaplin's Chatter and Funny Sayings: Contains Over One Hundred Side-Splitting Jokes—All Yarns—All New and Original
Notes: 64 pages. 4 by 5 inches.
With a four-page biography of Chaplin and then a collection of jokes and stories that seem to have little to do with Charlie Chaplin, although a drawing of the actor appears on the cover in his Little Tramp outfit. The author is probably Robert Edmund Sherwood, a circus clown, who also wrote the 1915 chapbook, "Charles Chaplin's Funny Sayings."
Edition + Condition: Very good in wrappers. Text paper tanned.
