65 pages. Published in an edition of 301 copies plus extras for the participants. This is one of the extras with "Presentation Copy" printed on the title page rather than a number.

Edition + Condition: A fine copy in a plum-red cloth binding. Two small spots on the front cover. Signed by Crews on the half-title page, as issued.
