A brief account of a minor traffic accident in England in 1984 and the bureaucratic response from the insurance company. Title-page and cover label lettering by Ralph Steadman. McClanahan was a Stegner Fellow at Stanford University, where he me Ken Kesey and became a Merry Prankster.

The edition seems to have been just 26 copies, all lettered and signed by McClanahan, with an original drawing recreating the diagram of the accident, which he was asked to supply by the insurance company.

Edition + Condition: A fine copy in marbled-paper and cloth-covered boards. This is copy L of 26.
