This is a set of three versions of the book: the hardcover first edition (first printing with a numberline ending in 1), the paperback uncorrected proof with black-and-white illustrations; and the "blad", an 8-page promotional pamphlet with text excerpts and color illustrations.

Introduction by Ed McClanahan. 110 pages. 8-3/8 by 11-1/4 inches.

Edition + Condition: First edition near fine in a near fine jacket; signed by the author of the introduction. The proof and blad are both near fine in wrappers (paper covers).
