Notes: A collection of unpublished letters and material by D. H. Lawrence with his wife's memoirs. Published in an edition of 1000 signed copies.

Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A very good copy in a good-only dust jacket with chipping to the spine ends. A one-inch triangle is missing from the blank rear panel of the jacket and someone has drawn an ink portrait of D.H. next to the one printed on the cover. Signed by Frieda Lawrence opposite the title page and further inscribed, "For dear Mae Bewley, Spring 49." This copy is not numbered, but it was clearly a presentation copy.
