Notes: A request to Congress from California for the "early establishment of a mail-route and daily mail from Auburn, Placer county, to Nevada city, Nevada county, via English's Bridge and Grass Valley. Also, a tri-weekly mail from Sacramento city, via Yolo city, Yolo county, to Cacheville, in Yolo county; and tri-weekly from Sacramento to Stockton, by the telegraph road."
