Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A near fine copy in a near fine dust jacket. This was Larry McMurtry's copy—he provides a blurb on the back cover—and Heyen refers to that in his inscription: "Larry, thanks for being a friend to these poems—across space and time—Bill Heyen, Brockport, NY, May 2015." With one of McMurtry's small "brand" bookplates laid in (not attached). McMurtry wrote a short biography of Crazy Horse in 2005.
