Notes: A charming Bambi-inspired poster encouraging fire prevention, issued a year following the release of the classic animated movie. This is one of several posters designed by the Walt Disney Company to support the American effort in World War Two.
During the Second World War, the federal government was concerned about the loss of forests, which were needed to supply lumber to the war effort.
