Notes: Three versions of this popular poetry collection, all first editions and all signed.

1. First edition (first printing) from Third Woman Press, signed by Cisneros on the title page;

2. Advance reading copy (ARC) of the first hardcover edition, inscribed by Cisneros on the title page, "Para el Tomás [Garner], Bien wicked, I can tell. Sandra Cisneros. 26 de noviembre de 1994. San Toñito de Bexar, Tejas";

3. First hardcover edition, inscribed by Cisneros on the title page, "Par el Tomás [Garner] de San Marcos, a real fan—know you are appreciated!!! Sandra Cisneros. 1/28/93. San Antonio." This copy is also signed by Terry Ybanez, the cover artist, "Para el Tomás. ¡Baila! Ybáñez."

Edition + Condition: First editions (first printings). Fine copies, as issued. With a press release for the first hardcover edition. The whole set, assembled by the collector Tom Garner, who was a friend and fan of Cisneros, is housed in a custom clamshell box.
