Armer won the Newbery Award for Waterless Mountain in 1932. 40 pages.
Edition + Condition: First edition (stated). A near fine copy in orange cloth-covered boards; small ownership signature dated Dec. '38 on the front free endpaper. In a very good dust jacket worn at the corners, with half-an-inch of loss at the base of the spine. Signed by Armer on the half-title page.
