Notes: First separate publication of a story that originally appeared in Esquire magazine in 1955 and was collected in A Medicine for Melancholy (1959) and R is for Rocket (1962).

While the limitation states that the edition size was 300 numbered copies, there were 26 lettered copies as well. There are also at least four variant cover designs, with different colors of transparent windows revealing a train illustration beneath: light blue, dark blue, orange, and light green.

[24] pages. 4-1/4 by 6-3/4 inches.

Edition + Condition: First edition (first separate printing). Fine in wrappers. Copy 141 of 300 signed by Bradbury. This has a light green translucent plastic window. Signed by Bradbury on the title page, as issued.
