Notes: The third book to feature Billy Bob Holland, nicely bound, with an illustration by Russell Chatham mounted on the front cover. Issued in a matching cloth slipcase.

The edition was 150 numbered and 26 lettered copies. This copy, bound like the numbered copies, instead has a printed colophon reading, "Russell Chatham's Copy." How many such special copies were made is not known to your cataloguer, but one suspects a small number (the author, the illustrator, the publisher, and perhaps a few others?).

Edition + Condition: First edition (first limited edition). A fine copy in a fine slipcase (no jacket, as issued). Signed by Burke on the limitation page. This is certainly one of the most desireable copies of this book.
