This new edition includes deleted scenes, two related short stories, and a fold-out map of the town by Glenn Chadbourne. The full-page color illustrations for this edition are by David Palumbo.

Limited to 3000 copies (there were also signed copies). The final pages of this edition include scans of correspondence from Doubleday about the points for the first edition, including the price-clipping of the jacket and the Father Cody error.

Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing of the expanded re-issue). A fine copy in a fine dust jacket and a fine slipcase, but for a shallow dent along the top edge.
