Notes: One of 850 signed copies of this collection of original horror stories by Stephen King, George R. R. Martin, and Dan Simmons, with illustrations by Ron Lindahn and Val Lakey Lindahn.

The three King stories are The Reploids, Sneakers, and Dedication; the last two of which were republished later in Nightmares and Dreamscapes. The first was included in later anthologies, but never in a stand-alone King book. Simmons contributes Metastasis, Vanni Fucci Is Alive and Well and Living in Hell, and Iverson's Pits. Martin contributes The Skin Trade, a vampire story that won the World Fantasy Award for Best Novella; it was later published as a stand-alone book.

This is one of the most affordable of Stephen King's signed, limited editions. It is signed by King, Simmons, Martin, and the two illustrators. 274 pages.

Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A fine copy in a near fine dust jacket with a bit of wear to the base of the back panel. The slipcase is very good to near fine, with light shelf wear. This copy is denoted "PC" (publisher's copy) where the number would ordinarily be.
