This lot, assembled by a collector, includes the first edition, the first UK edition, and the advance reading copy. Also laid in are a press release and a PR photo.

Edition + Condition: First editions (first printings). The hardcover books are both fine in fine jackets. The US edition is signed, the UK edition is inscribed. Also present is the Advance Reading Copy (ARC), which has a signed PR photo laid in. The ARC is very good in wrappers (paperback). Housed in a custom folding clamshell box.
