Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing stated). An ex-library copy, with tape residue on the board and glue residue on the endpapers where a pocket was removed. In a good to very good dust jacket with a few tears and some loss at the spine ends. This copy is inscribed, "To Tom, Tim O'Brien." The prior owner, Tom Garner, commissioned a black-cloth slipcase for the book.
