The third issue of the Ediciones Vigía literary journal and one of the most ambitious publications to that time by the group. The text, reproduced from typescript, is mimeographed onto many kinds of low-quality paper, illustrated with full-page reproductions of drawings, and with collage elements.

The pergamino (folded broadside) is a poem by the Russian poet Anna Akhmatova. It is assembled from various sheets of colored paper and unfolds to 8-1/2 by 52 inches. This issue was designed by Rolando Estévez with illustrations by Yovani Bauta.
