Poems mimeographed on estraza (sugarcane waste) paper, with line drawings by Mayra Alpízar mimeographed on pink paper. This collection won the Premio del Tricentenario de Matanzas.
Unlike so many Ediciones Vigía books that state that they are signed on the colophon but are not, this one is signed by Méndez on the title page. The cover illustration is mimeographed on thin cloth, embellished by hand sewing.
