An announcement for a reading and art exhibit at the Casa del Escritor, which housed Ediciones Vigía. The announcement is made from two pieces of paper, a roughly torn brown sheet with an off-white sheet mounted to it. Designed by Ediciones Vigía co-founder Rolando Estévez, with two spots of handcoloring. The text about the tapestry exhibit is written in by hand after the sheet was printed.
An attractive and classic piece of Ediciones Vigía ephemera. These announcements were central to the press in the 1980s. The date is based on the printed date for the opening, Tuesday, March 20, which places it in 1990.
