Notes: A biography of Jesus for young readers published in Spanish in San Antonio, Texas, in the 1920s. The author was born in Mexico but lived in the United States off and on for a number of years. He was a politician and a writer who started a magazine in San Antonio and who also worked for the La Prensa newspaper there.
There are at least two bindings of this book. The most common seems to be red cloth stamped in gilt; the other binding is light blue-green cloth printed with a decorative design in red.
175 pages. 4-3/4 by 6 inches.
Edition + Condition: A very good copy of the green cloth variant. No dust jacket.
