The book includes engravings of passenger and freight cars as well as detailed illustrations of many component parts.
xiv, 491 pages, with 84 pages of advertisements (including the rear pastedown). Rather scarce in the first edition.
Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A very good copy with some wrinkles to the cloth and minor wear to the spine ends.
