Inscribed to Herb Yellin
With Cat for Comforter
Notes: A cat poem, illustrated with Louise Reinoehl Max. With a three-page introduction by Bradbury.
[32] pages. 5-3/4 by 7-1/4 inches.
Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing, with a numberline ending in 1). A fine copy in a fine dust jacket. Inscribed by Bradbury on the title page to his friend and publisher, Herb Yellin, of the Lord John Press: "10/17/97. Herb! What else does one need! Love! Ray Bradbury." In writing the inscription, Bradbury crossed out Cat in the title, making the new title, "With Herb for Comforter." A nice inscription.
