Published October 11, 2014, soon after Rolando Estévez left Ediciones Vigía to form Ediciones El Fortín. The book is a single poem, reproducing Estévez's calligraphy on white paper. The text sheet is folded several times. The book is illustrated with collage elements with handcoloring, and the cover depicts an anatomical heart with arteries extending beyond the top edge of the book.

This is one of a few copies issued in a handmade envelope. The envelope is handpainted with collage elements of paper and a large leaf. The title is handwritten in black ink.
