Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A fine copy in printed blue paper-covered boards; no dust jacket, as issued. This was Stephen J. Gould's copy, with a posthumous bookplate denoting the provenance on the front pastedown. A handwritten (autograph) letter from Ginenthal to Gould is laid in. From Gould's Harvard office library.
