Notes: This is it! The much sought-after portfolio of illustrations of Robert E. Howard's enduring character, Conan the Cimmerian, illustrated by Barry Smith. A limited edition of 1000 copies signed and numbered by Smith on the first print.

Barry Windsor-Smith worked on the Marvel comic book Conan the Barbarian from 1970 to 1973.

The prints are 11-1/4 by 15 inches laid into a printed paper folder and a printed envelope. A certificate of authenticity from the publisher is laid in, as issued.

Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A fine copy in a fine folder and a very good to fine outer envelope. This is copy no. 794. Included with this portfolio is an original promotional flyer from Middle Earth offering a discount on the original purchase price if orders were placed by Dec. 31, 1974. Very scarce with the flyer and in such excellent condition.
