Notes: A terrific silkscreen poster promoting the Puppet Theater, a program of the public schools in Puerto Rico. The Teatro de Títeres was founded in the early 1960s by the educator Angel Quintero Alfaro and Leopoldo Santiago Lavandero, who opened the School of Dramatic Arts at the University of Puerto Rico.
The artist, Ed. Vera Cortés (1926–2006), produced many posters for DIVEDCO.
Roughly 20 by 30 inches. Serigraph (silkscreen) in at least 8 colors.
Edition + Condition: A near fine example, with a few small spots of foxing.
