This is the first edition (it was republished in an expanded 80-page version in 2002).
64 pages, plus a CD of music to accompany the works. 8-1/2 by 6-1/2 inches (oblong).
Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A near fine paperback but for some patches of glue residue on the page opposite the CD. This copy is signed by Birk on the title page. Scarce signed.
