Notes: One of 1000 copies signed by Coelho of this classic book illustrated by one of the great comic book artists of our time. This copy is bound in red leather stamped in gilt and blue, in a sturdy red slipcase.

This signed and numbered edition has silk moire endpapers and a cloth bookmark. Moebius created many full-color illustrations for the Alchemist (a trade version of this illustrated edition was first published in 1998). NB: The Easton Press issued several signed versions of The Alchemist over the years. This is the only one that has Moebius's illustrations.
