Notes: This is a PC copy of the numbered issue, limited to 350 numbered books and a small group of PC (publisher's) copies. This copy is signed on the colophon by Kealan Patrick Burke, who contributes an introduction and illustrations to this collection of four of his horror novellas. The colophon is also signed by the book's designer, Michael Russem. This PC copy was given by Paul Suntup to Russem in acknowledgement of his work on the book.

According to the Suntup website, the numbered edition has "a full Japanese cloth binding with a foil stamped spine label and Hahnemühle Bugra endsheets. The edition is housed in an embossed paper covered slipcase with an acrylic coating." The acrylic coating is an unprinted clear book jacket.

Michael Russem designed and printed innovative fine press books for his own Kat Ran Press for many years; he now runs a design bookstore and gallery near Cambridge, Massachusetts, and he also designs books for many publishers. Among the books he designed for Suntup Press include Slaughterhouse-Five, Silence of the Lambs, Blood Meridian, and The Handmaid's Tale.

With thirteen (13) full-page color illustrations by Burke.

Edition + Condition: A fine copy in a fine slipcase and a fine acrylic jacket. Signed by Burke and Russem on the colophon.
