Notes: This is a PC copy of the numbered issue, limited to 250 numbered books and a small group of PC (publisher's) copies. Paul Suntup gave this PC copy to Michael Russem in acknowledgement of his work as the book's designer.

This edition includes a new introduction by Michael Peter Blatty, the author's son, and illustrations by Matt Mahurin. According to the publisher's website, this numbered version has a "quarter goatskin binding with hand marbled paper sides by Claire Guillot. Endsheets are Hahnemühle Bugra and head & tail bands are leather wrapped. The enclosure is a cigar-style box covered in bookcloth with a flocked velour liner and a foil stamped paper spine label. The text pages are set in Copernicus and Erler Titling, and are printed offset on Mohawk Via Vellum paper. The edition is signed by Michael Peter Blatty and Matt Mahurin." This copy is also signed by Russem (the designer) on the colophon.

The designer of this book, Michael Russem, produced innovative fine press books for his own Kat Ran Press for many years; he now runs a design bookstore and gallery near Cambridge, Massachusetts, and he also designs books for many publishers. Among the books he designed for Suntup Press include Slaughterhouse-Five, Silence of the Lambs, Blood Meridian, and The Handmaid's Tale.

With six full-page color illustrations by Mahurin.

Edition + Condition: A fine copy in a fine slipcase, signed by Michael Peter Blatty, Mahurin, and Russem on the colophon. With the publisher's bookmark for this title and the errata slip changing the number of copies from 350 to 250.
