Notes: This is a PC copy of the numbered issue, limited to 250 numbered books and a small group of PC (publisher's) copies. Paul Suntup gave this PC copy to Michael Russem in acknowledgement of his work as the book's designer.

This edition of the Booker Prize-winning novel includes illustrations by Jon Ching. According to the publisher's website, this numbered version has a "a full goatskin binding with a tooled & foil blocked cover, and a leather onlay. The headbands are handmade with leather and endsheets are Hahnemühle Bugra. A fold-out of the Classic edition dust jacket illustration is included in this edition. The edition is housed in a cloth covered clamshell enclosure lined with velour, and is printed letterpress on Mohawk Superfine. This edition is signed by the author and artist, and is handbound by Roger Grech in the United Kingdom." This copy is also signed by Russem (the designer) on the colophon.

The designer of this book, Michael Russem, produced innovative fine press books for his own Kat Ran Press for many years; he now runs a design bookstore and gallery near Cambridge, Massachusetts, and he also designs books for many publishers. Among the books he designed for Suntup Press include Slaughterhouse-Five, Silence of the Lambs, Blood Meridian, and The Handmaid's Tale.
