Notes: A family copy (with the ownership signature of Plath's daughter Freida Hughes) of this letterpress collection of texts that Plath wrote during 1958, when she taught at Smith College and lived in Northampton, Massachusetts, with her husband Ted Hughes. This edition, limited to 325 copies, is illustrated with original woodblock prints by Barry Moser, including a portrait of the author used as a frontispiece.

The book was typeset at the Stinehour Press, printed by Dan Keleher at Wild Carrot Letterpress, and designed and bound by Barbara B. Blumenthal of Catawba Press. The binding is quarter cloth over paper-covered boards. 9-3/4 by 6-3/4 inches. [2], 26, [4] pages. Signed by Moser on the colophon.

Edition + Condition: This is copy 8 of 325, with Frieda Hughes' ownership signature on the front free endpaper. A fine copy; no dust jacket, as issued.
