Notes: One of 500 numbered copies signed by King, Art Spiegelman, Piers Anthony, and other contributors, featuring King's essay "The Dreaded X" about the MPAA rating controversy surrounding Maximum Overdrive.

The second issue of this journal explores censorship and artistic freedom. King's account of his directorial debut (which first appeared in the Castlerock newsletter) is included alongside pieces examining Art Spiegelman's RAW, 2 Live Crew's legal battles, and an interview with Ray Bradbury discussing Fahrenheit 451. Additional signatures include Art Spiegelman, Piers Anthony, and William F. Nolan. Bradbury did not sign copies.

Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A fine copy in a fine dust jacket and a near fine slipcase. Copy 401 of 500, signed by the contributors including King. Two issues of the Gauntlet newsletter laid in, documenting production difficulties with the contributor Gerald Schaefer, a convicted serial killer. From the Tom Garner collection. Uncommon with the newsletters.
