Present here, housed together in a custom clamshell box commissioned by the Bradbury collector Tom Garner, are a first edition and an advance reading copy (ARC).

Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing, with a numberline ending in 1). A fine copy in a fine dust jacket, inscribed, "Tom! Ray Bradbury." Laid into this copy is a publicity photo, showing Bradbury with his cat. The photograph is inscribed, "From "Tigger" & Ray Bradbury. 3/29/96."

Your cataloguer is unsure which book this photo originally came with; the image was used for the jacket photo on this book but the print was signed years before the book was published. The ARC is fine in wrappers with the same design as the first edition dust jacket. It is signed by Bradbury on the half-title page.

The clamshell box is near fine.
