Notes: This is one of five sets of unbound folded and gathered sheets (F&Gs, in publishing speak) laid into a unique binding sample and a finished example of the dust jacket.

Edition + Condition: A fine example, inscribed by the author to the collector Walter Shirley who commissioned a very impressive box to house the book. The book is accompanied by a letter from the publisher Otto Penzler noting that there were five copies of the F&Gs produced and only one of the binding sample.
