Notes: One of 99 signed and numbered copies of Willeford's last regular book, a Hoke Mosely mystery, published within days of his death. Given how few signed copies of this book exist, it's really hard to understand why it is so cheap.

Denis Gouey bound the original Random House sheets in ihalf black leather over marbled paper. There are at least two variants to the binding, copies like this one with brown, yellow, and dark blue marbling and copies with a more dominant orange color.

Edition + Condition: First edition (limited edition). A fine copy, number 75, signed by Willeford on the limitation page, as issued.
