Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). This copy has one of King's standard good inscriptions, referring to the book. Next to good personal inscriptions, these are the best copies around. This copy is inscribed in purple ink, "for Jim—with best wishes...and don't let the dog bite! Stephen King. 11/27/84." Copies of Cujo with "don't let the dog bite" inscriptions have grown difficult to find.
This copy has been read a few times and is no longer tight. There is light shelfwear to the boards and a bit of darkening to the fore-edge of the page block. The jacket has a short tear and a horizontal crease along the bottom of the front panel.
