Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A fine copy in orange boards, as issued. This is copy 68 of 350 signed by Crumley on the colophon. The proof, bound in plain wrappers, is number 7 of 15 on the colophon and signed by Crumley. It is also fine. The two books are housed in one of the late collector Tom Garner's distinctive black-cloth clamshell boxes.
