A nice autograph, repurposing a Grateful Dead lyric, from the author of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and one of the Merry Pranksters who took a psychedelic bus across the country in 1964, a trip immortalized by Tom Wolfe in The Electric Kool-aid Acid Test.
