The book was limited to 300 copies. This copy is signed by five contributors.

[viii], 325 pages plus a signature leaf and a colophon leaf. 8-1/4 by 12-1/4 inches.

Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A fine copy, signed by Walters and four other contributors. Laid into this copy are a letter from Walters to Tom Garner, the previous owner, the errata leaf, and a "thank you" sheet. Tom presumably returned the questionnaire and the accompanying envelope.
