Notes: A horror story in the form of a picture book, illustrated by Joe Vigil.

The edition was 750 copies in wrappers signed by Lansdale, Vigil, and Norman Patridge, who wrote the introduction, plus an unspecified number of lettered copies, not mentioned on the colophon (but probably 26).

Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). The lettered copy is bound in oatmeal-colored boards with a mounted design cut down from the front wrapper of the numbered issue. This copy is very good, with spots of soiling at the edges. It is lettered M on the limitation page. Accompanying this copy is no. 135, in wrappers. The two books are laid into a custom black-cloth clamshell box commissioned by the late Lansdale collector Tom Garner.
