Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing stating "First published..." with no indication of later printings). A fine, tight copy in a fine dust jacket that appears to have a lamination defect—the coating didn't adhere perfectly, giving the spine a slightly gray appearance.
This copy comes from the collection of James Strand, whose horror-book library was looted after his death. This book was stolen and eventually recovered by the FBI from a storage unit in Oregon City. The small Strand estate bookplate is affixed to the front pastedown; the original evidence tag is laid in.
