Notes: This is the book designer's personal copy given to Michael Russem by Paul Suntup in acknowledgement of his work on the edition.

The Numbered edition of 350 copies is a quarter goatskin binding with printed sides from a design by Claire Guillot. Endsheets are Hahnemühle Bugra and the edition is housed in a cloth covered slipcase with a velour liner and a blind debossed cover. The text pages are set in Roslindale types, and are printed offset on Mohawk Superfine. The edition is signed by Laura DiDio [introduction], Eric Walter [afterword] and Brad Gray [illustrator].—Suntup website. This copy is also signed on the colophon by the designer.

Michael Russem produced innovative fine press books for his own Kat Ran Press for many years; he now runs a bookstore and gallery near Cambridge, Massachusetts, and he also designs books for many publishers. Among the books he designed for Suntup Press include Slaughterhouse-Five, Silence of the Lambs, Blood Meridian, and The Handmaid's Tale.
