Edition + Condition: First edition. A fine copy in a very near fine jacket with very minor corner wear. This is copy G, signed by the contributors. It is additionally inscribed on the colophon, "Publisher's copy G for Stephen J. Bach with thanks! for his support!!! Best, Stuart Schiff. In a very near fine cloth-covered slipcase.
