As best I can tell, both the trade and the collector's editions came out at the same time (or close to it). This version sold for $75.00.

Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing, with a numberline ending in 1). A still sealed copy, fine in a fine dust jacket with an unworn wrap-around band, and the trading cards laid in at the top of the pageblock. The shrinkwrap has split at the top and the foreedge.
