Notes: One of 200 signed copies of this popular and critically acclaimed novel about a Wall Street investment banker who moonlights as a serial killer. The novel was dropped by its original publisher and came out in the US as a paperback original in 1991. It became a bestseller and the basis for a film adaptation starring Christian Bale.

This is the first American hardcover edition, which includes an introduction by John Langan and an interview with the author. Ben Baldwin contributed illustrations, several of which are reproduced in color.

Signed by Ellis, Langan, and Baldwin. 435, [5] pages plus the limitation leaf. 6-1/4 by 9-1/4 inches. Bound in black cloth stamped in silver on the spine with a mounted paper title label on the front cover. Note: The table of contents incorrectly states that the introduction begins on page 2; it actually starts on page 7.
