Published in an edition of 500 numbered copies, none of which were for sale; this is an unnumbered, out-of-series copy.

Edition + Condition: First edition (first printing). A fine hardcover copy; no dust jacket, as issued. Signed by Vonnegut and Krementz. With a folded sheet laid in that appears to be the seating assignments to the birthday dinner. In addition to Vonnegut and Krementz, those seated at table one include John Updike, Milos Forman, Marsha Mason, and Garry Trudeau.
