The film aired on American public television in 1972. Extensively illustrated with photographs by Jill Krementz and stills from the production.

Edition + Condition: First UK edition (states "First published..." with no additional printings noted). Spine crease; covers a bit wavy, else near fine. Signed by Vonnegut on the first page. Uncommon signed.
This copy is housed in a black clamshell box with a red leather label of the sort that Vonnegut's screenprinter, Joe Petro III, commissioned. From the collection of Tom Garner.
